Riding lessons · all ages and abilities

Find your seat
in the saddle.

Small classes, calm horses, and instructors who remember what it felt like to be new. Start with a one-hour intro lesson.

New to riding?

Starting as an adult is not starting late.

Find yourself in one of these — and you will know you are in the right place.

Nerves are normal

Most of our riders book their first lesson years after they first thought about it. Every one of them was nervous walking into the yard.

Never more than four

Small groups, on horses chosen for their patience rather than their sparkle. The right horse does half the teaching.

Kit is provided

Helmets are provided and fitted, and boots can be borrowed. Bring comfortable trousers — that is genuinely all you need.

No pressure to ride

Come and meet the horses first if you would rather. Nobody is asked to trot before they are ready, and we will not put you on one until you want to be.

Why people keep riding

You come for the horses.
You leave with something more.

A horse does not just reflect who you are — it shows you who you could become.

Confidence

Walk into the arena with self-trust.

A horse responds to who you are, not who you pretend to be. That honesty builds real, lasting confidence — the kind you carry home.

Connection

Relate to others with more awareness.

Horses read body language and emotion before words. Working with them sharpens how you listen, respond and connect — with horses and with people.

Clarity

See your challenges from a new angle.

When a half-tonne partner mirrors your energy back at you, patterns you could not see suddenly become obvious. Insight follows.

Growth

Turn one lesson into lasting change.

A single hour with a horse can reframe how you show up. We help you name it, understand it and take it with you.
