Three monthly programs at a US Pony Club Center: one ride a week to start, two to train and show, three on the same horse to compete. Every program includes a weekly horsemanship class, and the program carries on through the winter break.
Billed monthly · 60-day cancellation notice · prepay the year and save 15%.
Every program bills monthly, and the full enrollment agreement is presented and e-signed before any payment is taken. New to lessons? Start with Developing and move up whenever you are ready.
The terms that matter should never be a surprise — they are printed here, and written into the agreement you e-sign before any card is charged.
Tuition bills automatically on a recurring monthly cycle from your enrollment date — twelve cycles a year — with a card kept on file.
Developing is month to month; Training and Competition start with a six-month minimum. After that, cancel any time with sixty (60) days written notice. You remain responsible for tuition through that period, and you may keep riding your scheduled lessons during it.
Cancel a lesson with at least 24 hours notice and you earn a makeup — six a year. Unused makeups expire 60 days after they are earned.
The year runs as 44 instructional weeks with 8 closure weeks: riding pauses from January 1 to February 20 for winter and for the first week of July, and through the winter break the program carries on with unmounted horsemanship and online lessons. Tuition is priced across the whole year, not per lesson.
Nothing goes live until it is exact. If any number or date here needs to change, we make it right before you ride.
Saddle time each week: one riding lesson on Developing, two on Training, or three rides on the same horse with Competition. Developing, Training, and Competition also include a weekly unmounted horsemanship class.
No. Developing and Training ride Barn school horses matched to the rider. Competition keeps you on the same horse every ride: your own horse boarded here, or a school or lease horse we assign by name.
Developing: with sixty (60) days written notice, any time. Training and Competition: after the six-month minimum, with the same sixty (60) days written notice. These are the terms printed above and written into the agreement you e-sign. You keep riding your scheduled lessons through the notice period.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the lesson and you earn a makeup, six a year. Book it within 60 days of the lesson you missed — that is the deadline to book, so the makeup ride itself can be any later date with a free seat. A later cancellation, or a no-show, does not earn one.
Because the year is priced as a whole: 44 instructional weeks spread evenly across 12 billing cycles. The closure weeks are known in advance and already accounted for, so your bill never changes.
Your first monthly cycle begins on your enrollment date, and the full enrollment agreement is presented and e-signed before any payment is taken.
